GROUP MENU BOOKING CONDITIONS

These conditions apply to all reservations for our group menus. By making a reservation, the client accepts and agrees to these conditions.

1. Reservations for group menus can be made by telephone (+34) 952 225 403, by e-mail to reservas@elpimpi.com and/or by using the reservation form on our website.

2. The reservation will be made once the menu has been confirmed by the client.

3. As a guarantee, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the confirmed service is required, to be paid by bank transfer, cash or credit card, in accordance with the indications of our reservations service.

4. The deadline for confirmation of the total number of diners in the reservation is 48 hours before the chosen date, and the total number of diners confirmed up to that time will be charged.

5. The communication of the modification of the number of diners of the reservation must be made exclusively through our email reservas@elpimpi.com.

6. Cancellations made without at least 48 hours’ notice will entail the loss of the total amount of the deposit paid in advance.

7. If the cancellation is made by our restaurant or due to force majeure, we will provide you with the option of changing the reservation date or refunding the deposit paid within 5 days by the same means by which it was made.

8. The choice of dishes on the menu must be made at least 72 hours before the chosen date.

9. We do not guarantee changes in the dishes less than 24 hours before the chosen date, in case they can be made they will be charged in the final amount of the service.

10. The kitchen of our restaurant El Pimpi always has an offer for vegetarians, vegans and people with allergies and intolerances. The customer must always indicate these specifications at the time of booking.

11. It is possible that some of our menus may not be available on certain days or seasons.

12. The occupancy time of our rooms will be subject to the timetable of subsequent groups and the closing time of our restaurant.
