INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

BODEGAS EL PIMPI, S.L., with Tax Identification Code B-93094084, address at calle Granada, nº 62, C. P 29015 Málaga, hereinafter referred to as BODEGAS EL PIMPI, proceeds to inform you of the terms of its Privacy Policy established in compliance with the regulations on personal data protection, consisting of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGDP), as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We will notify you in advance of any changes made to this Privacy Policy and will not make retroactive changes that reduce your privacy rights unless legally required to do so and your consent will always be necessary. However, you can always request at any time to exercise your rights if you are not satisfied with the changes made.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING ACTIVITIES

We go on to detail each of the treatment activities developed by BODEGAS EL PIMPI:

i) RESERVATIONS

If you are interested in being able to reserve a table at BODEGAS EL PIMPI, we offer you the possibility of making the reservation “online” or by phone.

The personal data that we collect from you will be used to manage your reservation.

We will keep your personal data until the end of the reservation, and will not be kept later.

ii) PERSONNEL SELECTION PROCESSES

If you submit your application to participate in possible personnel selection processes that may be managed by BODEGAS EL PIMPI, either through our address laboral@elpimpi.com or other means, we inform you that your data will be used for the following purposes:

• Manage your application: we will proceed to review your application to be taken into account in the personnel selection processes carried out by us, as well as to evaluate your suitability for the position.
• The data will not be transferred to any third party outside of BODEGAS EL PIMPI, and will be kept for ONE YEAR, from the moment the personnel selection process in which you have asked us to participate is closed; at that time, your data will be destroyed.
• You can withdraw your consent to these purposes at any time.

iii) WIFI CONNECTION

In case of proceeding or requesting our internet connection service through WIFI, we will use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Manage the use of the connection or Internet through WIFI, as well as to identify you at the beginning of the session as a user.
• Your data may be communicated to the State Security Forces and Bodies, or to the judicial authorities, in the event that BODEGAS EL PIMPI is required to do so.
• We will use your personal data until you finish using the WIFI.
• We will keep your data later, for a period of one MONTH, at the disposal of the competent judicial bodies.

iv) VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Our facilities have video surveillance systems that will proceed to record your image, which will be used for the following purposes:

• We collect your image for security reasons, in order to guarantee the security of our facilities.
• The images will be kept for a period of 30 days from their collection, unless they must be kept by a possible legal procedure.

v) SUPPLIERS

In the event of receiving proposals for the provision of services or supply of products and, where appropriate, the signing of the corresponding contracts, we will collect a series of contact details and/or those strictly necessary for the execution of the corresponding contracts.

Your details will be kept for the duration of the signed contract, where applicable, and in accordance with the legal limitation periods, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force.

vi) INTERNAL CHANNEL

Our internal information channel is governed by the general principles indicated in the Internal Information System section, where you can see in detail our data protection policy in the presentation of communications based on the application of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The processing of data for other purposes not detailed will require a basis of legitimacy and prior and explicit consent.

CROSSBORDERS DATA FLOWS

We inform you that BODEGAS EL PIMPI does not carry out crossborders data flows.

RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

You can obtain information on whether or not BODEGAS EL PIMPI is treating personal data that correspond to you, as well as knowing the content and purpose for which they have been destined.

Right to erasure / right to be forgotten.

You can request that your personal data be deleted or eliminated.

Right of limitation of treatment.

Right to request that we proceed to limit the purposes for which we use your personal data.

Right of portability.

Possibility of requiring that your personal data be sent to another data controller different from BODEGAS EL PIMPI.

Right of objection.

You have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data when they are subject to a treatment based on the public or legitimate interest pursued by BODEGAS EL PIMPI.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INFORMATION

In general, we indicate that you are not allowed to provide us with personal data on behalf of third parties. If, on the part of this third party, there is a request about the treatment that we are carrying out on your personal data, we will proceed to indicate that they have been provided by you.

It is also prohibited that, through any of the means that may be made available to you, you proceed to send us excessive personal data, or classified as “sensitive” in accordance with the RGPD. Only those data that are specifically indicated will be mandatory.

SECURITY MEASURES

The operations of treatment of personal data developed by BODEGAS EL PIMPI, are subject to strict security conditions, which ensure absolute respect and maintenance of confidentiality, integrity and availability thereof, complying in any case, the Requirements established by current regulations on Personal Data Protection.

The data will always be processed within the space of the European Union EU.
