EL PIMPI RENEWS THE CERTIFICATE OF THE INTEGRAL SYSTEM OF TOURIST QUALITY IN DESTINATIONS (SICTED)

Once again, at El Pimpi we reaffirm our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. We have renewed the certificate of adherence to the Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destinations (SICTED), a recognition that highlights the effort and dedication of our team to always offer the best to those who visit us.

This certification recognizes companies that meet all the requirements of the SICTED quality model: implementation of continuous improvement plans, participation in training activities, guidance in the implementation of the system, and successful completion of service quality evaluations.

The diploma ceremony took place in the Assembly Hall of the Multiple Municipal Services Building, in an event organized by the Ayuntamiento de Málaga, where a total of 280 entities were recognized for their commitment to tourism quality in Málaga. Thanks to this joint effort, our city remains, for the fourth consecutive year, the leading Spanish city in the number of distinguished tourist services.
