The Sun Rises at Night: A Unique Experience at La Sole del Pimpi

On 23 October, the sun at La Sole will not set when night falls. Instead, it will become the centre of an experience created to happen only once.

The Sun Rises at Night will bring together gastronomy, cocktails and special guests in an evening beginning at 9:00 pm, featuring an exclusive pairing menu created especially for the occasion.

One Night, Off the Menu

La Sole will present a five-course pairing menu in which food and cocktails share the spotlight. Each dish will be accompanied by a cocktail designed to complement its flavours and create a complete experience from beginning to end.

Both the dishes and the cocktails will be available exclusively during the event. When the night ends, everything will disappear from the menu again.

For this special occasion, La Sole will welcome Erika Gisonno and Ana Arnaiz, guest bartenders from SURU Cocktail Bar, travelling from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to step behind our bar.

Throughout the evening, they will present a series of cocktails created especially for the menu, in collaboration with the participating brands. It is a unique opportunity to discover their approach to cocktail-making in the heart of Málaga.

Why “The Sun Rises at Night”?

The concept begins with the space itself. At the centre of La Sole, its striking architecture represents a large sun that extends across the room and forms part of the venue’s identity.

On 23 October, three elements will come together around it for just a few hours: a pairing menu created for the occasion, two guest bartenders and a selection of exclusive cocktails.

A combination that can only be experienced that night.
