PIMPI RENEWS THE TOURIST QUALITY SYSTEM (SICTED).

For the tenth consecutive year, El Pimpi has renewed its certification with the Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destinations (SICTED). This certification recognizes companies that have met all the requirements of this quality model, including continuous improvement plans, completion of training courses, receiving advice on the implementation of this quality system, and passing service evaluations.

The diploma ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Russian Museum Collection, where 243 entities were recognized for their commitment to the comprehensive and continuous improvement of the tourist quality of the Málaga City destination, positioning our city as a leader in services distinguished by SICTED.

The Málaga city destination was distinguished in the SICTED 2023 Awards in two categories, recognitions that were delivered at the last International Tourism Fair held in January: first prize for the best management team and second prize for the best SICTED destination.
